kitchen/dining area

This is a flip project in Irvine we’re currently working on. We’ve decided to remove the partition wall to make an open plan kitchen/dining area.
It brightens the space and makes it look bigger and more modern. The kitchen island bench (going where radiator currently is) and spotlights will add the wow factor
